Valencia Street CircuitWhat a race! Amazing! And Jenson did an amazing job!
Webber finally captured third place from Schumacher with three laps left as Button closed in on Vettel. The world champion, however, resisted the pressure until the final lap, when he lost control of his car and let Button through with just a few corners left.

As you can see we have new layout here that isn’t fully completed but hopefully will soon but I wanted to get this up ASAP, will have huge gallery update coming too!
What an excellent race! Don’t think I’ve been even slightly disappointed with a 2nd before but I was today, though of course was happy and it’s really put Jens back into the Championship fight which is excellent! :D
Here’s the images from this weekend(and there’s a lot, haha!)
So how disappointing was that? I don’t know about you guys but I was screaming at the tv and was fairly upset. And if you don’t know what I’m on about:

Anyways lets attempt to put that behind us and Jenson seemed to be quite cheery after, he was even on the BBC Forum.
I have few little treats for tomorrow & also will be gathering up all interviews and whatnot for tomorrow.
So Quali today wasn’t that bad & Jenson did pretty well to get 5th and honestly can’t wait for the race as it looks very exciting. If you have a twitter and want to interact during the race you should follow us on twitter. I will be watching the race and saying how Jenson is doing and probably voicing my opinions. Also one last note before I get to the pictures I’m soo sorry the gallery was on private, I thought I switched all my sites back but I didn’t with this one so sorry and you can browse it now! :D
Now to the pictures!
The race starts at 1pm GMT tommorrow so be sure to watch that!
Hey, I’m really sorry for what can only be described as the abandonment of the site, real life stuff got on top of me and even though I was still watching f1 of course I just couldn’t bring myself to update the site. Hopefully now I’m not going to do that and it’s been a long time since I last updated and as you probably know a lot has changed in the Jenson world but this weekend it’s the Belgian GP and I, Personally, have a good feeling about this race. Anyways on to the pictures, I have upload a bunch of pictures from the Previews of the GP & Practice 1 & 2 from yesterday.
Also the gallery is fully up to date on the all the race pictures so just go have a look in the gallery at them because if I made a post on them it would be huge and I don’t want to inflict that on your poor eyes. I’m still catching up on events and also still adding candids to the gallery but I don’t think those will be coming until this race weekend is over. I’m currently saving up Practice 3 photos which took place not long ago so keep an eye out for those.
Found a lovely new interview from autosport with Jenson. Also I’ve been thinking of making a forum, is there any users out there interested in taking part as I don’t want to make on that will be inactive.
Here’s the interview:
With two wins under his belt so far this year, Jenson Button has had a start to the campaign that few outside of those very close of him could ever have dreamed of.
Yet Button believes that the season is simply delivering reward for the big effort that he and McLaren have made in getting to know each other – as he eyes the Woking-based team continuing its strong form for the remainder of 2010.
Interview conducted and provided by the McLaren press office
Q. Four races, two wins, 60 points. Not bad!
Jenson Button: It has been an absolutely incredible start to the season. Just incredible. To say I’m satisfied would be a massive understatement – I am absolutely blown away by all the events of the last five weeks, and to be on top in the world championship is just an amazing place to be. It feels so good.
But, make no mistake, it’s been achieved through hard work. We got here because everyone in the McLaren Mercedes team has been working for this every single day. I first got in the car in February, and it really hasn’t stopped since then – whether it’s been at the tests, at the races, on the track or off it, we’ve all been working like crazy to get to the front – and I think our current position in both championships is well and truly deserved.
We’ve not got everything right – but the fact that we’ve admitted that and just got on and learned from it, has been a very valuable experience. And we’re not relaxing now – we might have some difficulties getting the people, the cars and the freight home before Barcelona, but that won’t stop the efforts we’re making to be even more competitive when we return to Europe.
I recently found two new photoshoots, one quite old I believe as Jenson poses in Brawn clothing but the other one I believe is very new as he’s McLaren clothing.
And I’ve also got the events completely up-to-date adding all events Jenson has attended this year that I didn’t already have added. Enjoy!
What an amazing & nail-biting race? Congrats to Jenson, Lewis and McLaren as a whole for the wonderful 1-2. JB is definitely proving everyone wrong as can be as not only did he win China but he’s leading the Championship, too.
